PRE-ORDER POLICY

Preorder Policy

1. Availability & Delivery Time:

  • In-Stock Items: If the braid wig variant you’re interested in is in stock, we will process your order and ship it within 1-2 business days.

  • Preorder Items: For variants that are not currently in stock, we offer a preorder option. Please note that these items typically require a production time of 2-4 weeks before they are ready for shipment. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and to accommodate any specific customization you may request.

2. Order Processing:

  • Once you place a preorder, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the expected delivery timeframe. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the production process.

  • Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they are ready. If you have ordered both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship them together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

3. Changes & Cancellations:

  • You can make changes to your preorder up until production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

  • Cancellations of preorders are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances and may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Preorders are non-refundable once production has started. However, if there are any issues with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.
