  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be refunded.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized wigs and braids
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Return Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide you with return instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $170, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@folarhair.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
